HOW TO MAKE BANANA PANCAKES WITH BISQUICK

Vegan banana pancake recipe:

Tired of every recipe on the net with eggs and milk? Try this recipe for vegan banana pancakes with Bisquick mix. If you are using a homemade mix, make sure you use vegetable fat or another vegan equivalent to butter.

Materials:

2 cups of homemade vegan bisquick mix.
2 teaspoons baking powder.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
2 tablespoons sugar.
1 ½ Mug of non-dairy milk.
2 ripe bananas.
For special peanut butter syrup:

¼ Mug of peanut butter.
½ Mug of pancake syrup: ½ Mug of pancake syrup.

Place all dry materials in a large bowl and mix until well blended. Then add the milk and the fruit pulp and keep stirring until the lumps disappear. Alternatively, you can use a simple food processor to do the job.

You can add more milk if you prefer a thinner pound. With thinner pounds, you will get lighter pancakes that are not too thick.

Preheat your pancake pan or griddle to medium heat and brush it with baking spray or vegan butter.

Now pour about ¼ cup of pancake batter into the middle of the pan. Make sure you swing the pot around so that the batter can spread. Bake until bubbles start to form, then turn the pot over and wait until the pancake turns a golden brown color.

And done! You can make a special peanut butter syrup that you can use instead of traditional syrups. Simply mix the pancake syrup and peanut butter together and pour the syrup over your pancakes. You can also dilute the mixture with some milk. Or you can use regular maple syrup.
